Full Management

We will do all aspects of letting your property, including but not limited to corresponding with the tenant throughout the tenancy, organising maintenance, inspections, check-in, check-out and any deposit disputes.

Guaranteed Rent

We will offer you an agreed rent guaranteed throughout the contract with us regardless of whether the property is tenanted or vacant. There will be no rent void period, plus all the aspects of Full management service will be free.

Tenancy Setup

We will find you a suitable tenant, including but not limited to taking professional photos, designing floorplans and advertising your property, conducting viewings, drafting tenancy agreements, inventory, and check-in the tenants.

Refurbishment

We have a range of contractors in-house for any electrical, plumbing, furnishing, and decorating requirements. We will be more than happy to help if a landlord ever needs a refurbishment service to increase the rental value.

Property Licence

We have worked with most London boroughs and have vast knowledge of Selective and HMO licensing. We will advise you on what needs to be done, do the measurements, submit the application and attend the appointments.

Eviction

There may come a time when eviction is the only and final option, and success depends on managing a tenancy by the book from the beginning. We have in-house expertise with a 100% success rate in the eviction process.
